Terms of Service

The service

ParcelAudit compares your carrier invoices with your order data, flags possible billing errors, and prepares dispute letters and attachments. You decide what to submit to your carrier and you submit it yourself.

Results are estimates based on the files you upload and on published carrier rules. Carriers decide every claim; we do not guarantee that any amount will be refunded or that a finding is correct in every case. Findings marked "review" need your confirmation before filing.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity in your account.

You must have the right to upload the files you provide. You keep all rights to your data; you give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes one audit of up to 2,500 invoice lines. Paid plans have the monthly shipment limits shown on the pricing page.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which also handles taxes. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.

You can upgrade at any time on the Plans page and see the estimated amount before confirming. An upgrade applies immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Switching from monthly to yearly starts a new billing period, with the unused part of the current one deducted. Plans cannot be downgraded mid-period; to move to a smaller plan, cancel and subscribe again after the paid period ends.

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can resume it before then. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload files you have no right to use, or malicious files;
• try to access other users' data or bypass plan limits or security;
• overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission;
• use the service to file claims you know to be false.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ParcelAudit available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or claims that a carrier rejects or that were filed late. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
